GovCIO Program Support Analyst (Remote) in Columbus, Ohio

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Support Analyst to provide administrative support to the VRE PSES program. This position is full time and fully remote.

Responsibilities

A great candidate for this role would be strongly detailed oriented with excellent communication skills. VRE PSES has many complex applications, with different deliverables and dependencies. This role will assist the Program Manager & Sr. Product/Project Managers in developing, improving and delivering contract deliverables, support resolving issues with timecards, charge codes and other program supports, assist in setting up new employees and tracking program metrics. A great candidate would be strong in managing metrics, tracking information, multi-tasking and written and verbal communications. Some key areas of support will be:

  • Reports program metrics and tracking to program managers.

  • Responsible for addressing employee and work-related issues relevant to the program support needs.

  • Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other program-related events.

  • Organizes program meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral.

  • Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.

  • Must be capable of managing trackers and metrics in excel.

  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the program.

  • Manages issue mitigation alongside program support teams.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, tracking employee metrics and escalating issues to program leaders.

  • Manages program deliverables in GDS and keeping program deliverables updated.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience)

  • Strongly detailed oriented

  • Strong multi-tasker able to manage multiple trackers and metrics at once

  • Experience managing program/project deliverables and tracking

  • Experience in customer service, showing competency in working with people through issues

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically strong experience in Excel

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting a VA program

  • Experience working on government contract deliverables

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
