Monad Health Inc Operations Financial Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

Conduct quantitative analyses of financial information affecting various internal programs of the company specializing in home health care services. Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to assess financial data. Determine the validity of data and provide detailed explanations of conclusions reached. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information through rigorous validation processes. Provide financial analysis and reporting, maintaining the integrity of financial data. Develop and enhance the financial systems infrastructure to support accurate reporting. Establish controlled financial transaction processing through administrative systems, and provide technical support in the production of reports and analyses. Prepare charts, models, and graphs using spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel) to illustrate technical reports on analyses conducted. Present complex financial data in a visually understandable manner. Analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, accounting practices, financial processes, and financial systems. Employ advanced quantitative methods such as financial modeling, data mining, finance/accounting analysis, data models, and operational analysis. Create budgets for various programs and departments while ensuring labor and production costs are optimized to achieve continued profitability and financial goals. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage budgets effectively. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to assist management with financial-related decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on quantitative analyses. Software Proficiency: Utilize various software tools and platforms including: MS Excel, Powerpoint, Quickbooks, SQL/ETL, CRM, Oracle, and SAP for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting purposes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related with 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as a Finance Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Job location in Columbus, OH.
