Job Description Main responsibilities * Carry out validation and verification tasks for carbon offsets and removal projects * Project manage the full cycle of the project validation and/or verification * Management of client relationship during the project validation and/or verificationstages with impartiality and independence * Support the Global Technical Manager with Assessors' trainings and update on training materials * Support eh Global technical manager in monitor and reviewing methodology version changes to adapt template and develop up date training * Support with technical commercial proposals * Geographical responsibility: Global KEY REPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following activities: * Delivery on validation and verification of offset and removal projects' as follows * Drafting validation and verification plans for remote and on-site audits * Desk review of information submitted by the project developer or project proponent * Development of findings log * Development of Draft Validation and/or Verification Report as per programme requirements * Close findings by reviewing completeness of responses * Development of Final Validation and/or Verification report as per programme requirements Qualifications CORE COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience * 5+ yars experience on carbon offsets programmes with a VVB (Validation and Verification Body) as Lead Assessor * Heavy and high complexity industries and land-use and forestry knowledge * In depth understanding of methodologies used by internationally recognised offsets and removal programmes and schemes * Project management skills to enable seameless delivery and management of projects * Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis * Proficiency in MS Office * Fluent English + other languages would be a plus * Able to be flexible in response to work demands, including international travel * Location: IndiaApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjEwNDgzLjEwNTA4QHNnc25vcnRoYW1lcmljYWNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
