Position Description: Manage day-to-day operations of company Active Directory and Identity Management infrastructure and provide operational support for Information Services (IS) data centers and business unit environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Multifactor Authentication (RSA) infrastructure and integrations with other technical environments. Implement and troubleshoot Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, ADFS and other core Windows components. Group Policy administration, troubleshooting, documenting, and implementing Perform root cause analysis and problem management for corporate Identity Management environment. Provide first line of escalation support for domain technology issues that cannot be resolved by Tier I or Tier II Information Services (IS) support resources. Provide technical assistance, planning and development of new projects related to Active Directory (AD) and SSO (Single Sign On) (e.g., Azure AD/ADFS). Manage SSO for internal and external applications and maintain and establish operational standards. Recommend and implement improvements and assist with planning of upgrades and new releases for Azure AD/ADFS environment. Maintain Active Directory and Identity Management systems in accordance with established IS policies and procedures, adhere to standards of operations. Collect, analyze, and report data to forecast capacity planning needs. Provide ongoing support for existing Microsoft Server and Windows/Linux application environments in a secondary capacity (define) Ensure up-to-date and accurate records and maintain documentation of Active Directory and Identity Management infrastructure. Ensure that service level agreements are maintained at or above defined metrics Monitor to maintain operational service level agreements (SLAs). Engage with team to identify and implement strategies to improve SLAs. Provide guidance, mentoring, and foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance existing systems and processes. Stay up to date on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to optimize processes and modernize systems. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program from accredited degree program in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems and minimum of 5-7 years of Information Technology (IT) Active Directory and Identity Management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, ADFS/MS-SSO, Azure Active Directory Connect, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server 2012 to 2022, and Windows security Expert knowledge designing, testing, deploying and maintaining Active Directory Group Policy (GPO) for securing Domain Controllers, Domain Member Servers and Domain Member Workstations Strong and proven scripting skills using Powershell, etc. Security best practices for Windows-based systems including PKI principles and components.
