Responsibilities *4 DAY WORK WEEKS! *Amazing on call schedule: 1 night every other week! *Company paid NATE certifications. *Up to $1500 yearly bonus when NATE certified (if certification kept current) *Tool Purchase Program *Company provided take home vehicle with gas card(worth $30k) *Company provided cell phone *Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO *Entry Level Pay Range: $40k-$65k *Senior Level Pay Range: $65k-$130k Qualifications * A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC services. * A high school diploma or GED. * EPA Certificate. * Valid driver's license and good communications skills. * Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc. * Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
