Primary Function This position is responsible to review, troubleshoot, and report all issues impacting inventory accuracy of finished goods and components primarily at the plant level but also at the warehouse as requested. Responsibilities Perform daily inventory counts per established company procedures as well as ad hoc requests from management to align and support system inventory levels. Significant use of ERP (SAP) system to perform analysis of inventory issue. Screens used will include: COGI, LL01, MIGO and others. Perform material changes or plant transfer transactions as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure:Ongoing training for all warehouse and production staff is relevant to address known issues Accurate and clear labeling of all inventory locations Proper stock rotation practices in line with 'first in first out' practices Best practices are used in all inventory transactions Daily reconciliation of transactions in SAP to ensure movements are in balance and accurate Manage physical inventory system activity at assigned facilities. Create work orders in ERP system (SAP). Work with production team to ensure work order confirmation accuracy and process PGI. Other duties, as assigned.
