Position Overview

The Market Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all lead management duties for a market segment including, confirming, documenting, and dispatching all appointments within company guidelines to maximize Market Profitability and efficiency.   

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for lead management of a market segment.

  •    Double check all notes, appointment history, details to ensure your market Maximizes its potential . 

  •    Dispatch all leads according to the best RPL and sales rep situation . 

  •    Confirm accuracy of appointment with the customer and other sources as outlined by company guidelines.  

  •    Gain customer agreement on attendance and timeframe of appointment.

  •    Dispatch customer appointments to sales reps within company guidelines.   

  •   Accurately document and disposition all appointments, calls and sales within company guidelines.

  •    Communicate with Confirmations/Dispatch manager any systemic, policy or process gaps in need of attention.  

  • Communicate with Dispatch/Confirmations team any scheduling, lead, appointment, or customer discrepancies, irregularities or changes .

  • Call/text/email customers with appointments in need of attention in a timely manner or in line with pre-determined schedule.   

  • Communicate regularly and professionally to sales and call center management on market needs.  

  • Participate in coaching sessions and training regularly and when requested .  

  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

     

    Required Skills:

  • Think Unlimited training and understanding.  

  • Computer skills: Experience in Microsoft office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills including but not limited to text, email, phone and in person communication.   

  • Planning and organizing: Ability to plan and organize appointments, schedules and communications  

  • Soft Skills: Creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and maintaining interpersonal relationships  

  • Ability to work nights and weekends when needed

  • Ability to “read” people and resolve conflict before it happens.

  • Ability to relate positively to customer s.

    Qualifications/Education:

  • 3 years call center, dispatching, sales, or customer service experience   

  • 90 days Confirmation Experience as a confirmation specialist preferred*
