Mark Wahlberg Automotive in Columbus Ohio is looking for a manager to lead it's Fleet and Commercial sales operation at it's Worthington, Ohio location.  This candidate will manage new and pre-owned automobiles with a focus on commercial truck and fleet vehicle sales.  Need someone to take on our already large number of customer accounts as well as be able to generate new sales to group and corporate accounts maintaining dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards by performing the following duties.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Works with customer on telephone and on the sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired. * Identify and engage prospective truck-fleets and offer assistance or direction to business customers that can benefit from our services * Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom and on the road. Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase. * Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database. * Consults with Sales Manager when necessary; never allowing a customer to walk without first consulting with a Sales Manager. * Delivers new vehicle to customer. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty. * Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains a prospect development system. * Remains knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories, etc. Attends sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled. * Adheres to Company policies and procedures. * Meets, or exceeds, written forecast and projection numbers.
