Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands on techno-functional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment. Successful candidates must have 15 years of experience in SQL, ETL process, data conversion with CGI to Oracle cloud migration. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do * Analyze the business processes, procedures, organizational structure, etc. in order to identify problems and determine solutions that reduce risk and increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency * Interact with the business partners and internal and external stakeholders, including executive staff, to understand organizational processes and needs * Perform detailed gap analysis to identify gaps between system functionality and organizational needs and document findings * Work with stakeholders to identify project scope, project objectives, project success criteria and project deliverables * Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical staff to elicit and document requirements (e.g. business, functional, non-functional, process models, etc.) * Present solutions to business stakeholders and facilitate the iterative refinement of requirements * Work with the Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure functional requirements are unambiguous and testable * Assist in the creation of test cases to verify the system and validate the system and processes are functioning as expected * Create and maintain project logs to ensure that issues and risks are documented and tracked to resolution; monitor project schedules and follow up with leadership with concerns related to project milestones and timelines What You'll Need Required: * 15 years demonstrated experience in Data conversion with mandatory CGI to Oracle cloud migrations * Demonstrated hands on techno-functional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment * Experience running reconciliation reports on extracted, transformed, and loaded data * 15 years' experience in SQL and ETL process * Experience with JIRA * Proficient in HDL, FBDI and Oracle table structures with reverse mapping to CGI * Proficient in data mining, data structures, schemas, and applicable file structures * Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining student information systems * Thorough knowledge of processes, methods, and techniques utilized to analyze and evaluate business operations and document requirements * Knowledge of programming concepts and various Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies * Working Knowledge of Web Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 * Fluent language skills and written communication ability * Experience with developing reports, documents, presentations, etc. * Experience creating record documents, to include agendas, project logs, meeting notes, etc. * Proficiency with MS Office, to include strong competency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook * Proficiency in developing and presenting, both verbally and in writing, technical information and presentations to non-technical audiencesApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjkwNzEyLjEwNTA4QGNhaWlvY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
