Resubmit for Lenovo repair if needed.
Make sure devices are actually repaired when Lenovo Tech complete.
Make sure devices being submitted by Techs are still actually under warranty.
Be on the phone with Lenovo to troubleshoot if needed
Document in ServiceNow device has been repaired and ready for redeployment. Time to catch up would depend on aptitude and work ethic of Consultant. After caught up Responsibilities : Same as the 8 above in addition these below.
Look for trends on issues with devices in order to hold Lenovo Accountable for defects or simply not repairing what is under warranty contract. 2. Look for trends on issues with Techs not properly submitting MTS/Lenovo Repair Cases.

• Haven't had anyone outside of Lenovo to repair warranty devices / Lenovo hasn't been in since march due to COVID
• We have a backlog of devices needing maintenance / all warranty type work
• Want this person to help us get caught up, but also want them to help maintain the fleet of devices
• Will get them trained to handle Lenovo warranty type support
• Will not be on the phone with end users but will be speaking with Lenovo
• Shift will be 36-40 hours a week until caught up for the first 30-90 days
24-32 hours for maintenance of the fleet (no too concerned on shift - 7am-5pm)
