M1 Support Services LP Business Manager Assistant - 111507 in Columbus, Mississippi

This is a job for a Business Manager Assistant position with a company located in Columbus, MS.

Duties: Generates, analyzes, and processes timecard reporting. Coordinates with stakeholders to address errors, inconsistencies, and changes. Receives, reviews, compiles, records, and maintains accounts payable records IAW program and company requirements. Coordinates with vendors, Accounts Payable, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders as necessary to accomplish Accounts Payable related responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner. Supports preparation of Maintenance Required Travel (MRT) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) proposals. Manages the program's company credit card program to include issuance, monitoring, and resolution of inconsistencies. Leads expense management process including but not limited to reviewing and processing expense reports, verifying costs against receipts, ensuring company expense policy adherence, analysis and reporting. Assists with audit support as necessary. Assists with preparation of customer invoices and supports tracking and follow up activities to collect Billed Accounts Receivable. Supports entry of customer invoices in Wide Area Work Flow. Assists in the month end closing process to include preparation of revenue and cost accrual schedules. Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is desired. Minimum of five years related experience and/or training required. Must have a good working knowledge of desktop computers and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to work well with people with different personalities and work styles. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
