Columbus Regional Hospital Manager - Nurse, PACU & OPS in Columbus, Indiana

What you need to know about this position:

  • Reporting to the Director – Surgical Services, this Nursing Manager is part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of leaders focused on achieving excellence in clinical, quality and operational performance.

  • This position will lead the daily operations of services within PACU and Outpatient Surgery to ensure continuous operations of these departments and long-term alignment of the service line’s clinical and financial goals.

  • Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base pay compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

  • This position is a salaried/exempt position with the general working hours of Monday – Friday 7am-4pm though the exact working hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.

    What the successful candidate will bring to this position:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Masters Degree in Nursing or Business preferred.

  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in Surgical Services, PACU or Outpatient Surgery.

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles.

  • Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) required.

  • Relevant professional Nursing Certification preferred.

  • Within 30 days of hire you must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
