Job Title: Administrator
Job Description
In this position, you will process dealer paperwork in compliance with customer service level agreements. You will manage and update work orders in a 3rd party vendor system.
Hard Skills
Managing dealer work order management for the US and Canada
Utilizing SAP to monitor work orders
Investigating invoices and customer billing
Using ZenDesk application to respond to customer inquiries
Resolving billing discrepancies between customers and dealers
Maintaining open communication between dealers via email or phone
Addressing dealer inquiries on rentals, invoices, quotes, and IVR system issues through email and phone
Collaborating with Fleet Services team to resolve processing issues
Generating and providing routine communications using SAP and Excel
Distributing and maintaining PM notifications for dealers
Responding to Corporate requests
Loading Work Orders in SAP for billing department
Communicating with non-compliant dealers

This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, Indiana.

This individual will work in an office setting. Monday - Friday, 8-5, onsite
