We are looking for a talented Accelera Ops Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Accelera Business Segment in Columbus, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.

  • Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.

  • Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

  • Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.

+

  • Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

  • Coaches and mentors team members.

Education/Experience

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Supervisory experience preferred.

Lead team to achieve daily, weekly, and Monthly goals for Safety, Quality, Cost and Throughput. This business is very new and there are many changes and challenges. There is a lot of time spent adjusting the plan for the day to meet the challenges of the day. So, managing a very ambiguous workplan is required. Communicate with support functions to get the support needed on the production floor as problems or questions are encountered. Coordinate training needs for the team. Directly manage the team associates.

Base salary range: $65,600 - $98,4000

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
