You will be a part of this exciting time in our company's history and the regions we serve. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Operations Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Consolidated Communications' product operations strategy for product performance, rate increases, product development and the pricing desk for the Commercial and Carrier product team. You will work collaboratively with the product management team and other cross-functional team members to drive streamlined internal workflows and product development initiatives, standardize performance tracking, and enable the product team to deliver solutions faster. The ideal candidate will be a natural at leading programs and will have a constant focus on improvement and efficiency with a driven personality and a can-do attitude. Responsibilities Develop and manage KPIs for product performance, ensuring that product operations are aligned with business objectives Build a culture of making data driven decisions that influence and improve decision-making Drive the rate increase strategy and initiatives on non-strategic products that are being managed for cash and passing through cost increases by underlying vendors Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on the product roadmap, effectively balancing quality, scope, and timelines Ensure clear communication, collaboration and project tracking across all stages of product development, fostering a culture of transparency and efficiency Collaborate with product management, engineering, technology and marketing to implement product strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives Oversee the pricing desk and provide guidance and oversight on larger deal analysis, including building financial models and policies to navigate new and existing customer deals Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project process Communicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership team Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of related work experience; telecommunications experience preferred. Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and data-driven decision making Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
