REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 06/03/2024-10/16/2024. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day, Sat, 9 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Field workers. Pull weeds and chop. Workers will walk along rows as specified by employer and remove weeds and grass from fields by hand or using a hoe. Plant, cultivate and hand-harvest seasonal fruits and mixed vegetables. Duties may include cleaning, field-packing, loading and unloading farm products and materials. WORKERS WILL NOT PICK STRAWBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES, PACK PRODUCE IN THE PACKING SHED, OR WORK IN THE GREENHOUSE. May clean packing shed and farm buildings at end of the work day. May bag sweet corn. Pull plastic, remove plastic mulch and perform post-harvest field clean up. May construct trellises, repair fences, greenhouses, farm buildings, and other structures, or participate in irrigation activities. Field grade, sort, or classify fruit and vegetables by size, weight, color, or condition. Perform farm, field and shed sanitation duties. Mow grass and operate trimmer around farm buildings. Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting. Operate farm vehicles to haul crops and drive other farmworkers from place to place around the farm properties (including on public roads to reach farmer's fields)
