We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills.

    The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Carpentry

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • Appliances

  • Exterior structures

  • Swimming pools

  • General Maintenance

  • Customer Service

    The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:

  • Basic tools for maintenance work.

  • Industry experience

  • Team player

  • EPA preferred

  • HVAC certified or willing to obtain EPA within 90 days

  • Minimum 1-year multifamily maintenance experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, (8:00 am-5:00 pm and on call)
