Recruiting Solutions Electrical Service Technician in Columbia, South Carolina

Recruiting Solutions is seeking several Electrical Service Technician for a residential construction company in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities for the Electrical Service Technician include trouble shooting newly wired homes, hanging lights, wiring water heaters, and performing/ completing punch items. This is a direct-hire position that operated on 1st shift Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $18.00-22.00/hr depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities of theElectrical Service Technician:

  • Troubleshoot residential electrical circuits and component
  • Complete missing punch items and make repairs as neede
  • Troubleshoot issues with newly wired home
  • Wire water heaters and set temporary power pole
  • Perform quality control checks on rough ins and trim out
  • Troubleshoot tripping breakers and circuits that are not working properl
  • Ensure homes are complete and ready for final inspection

Requirements and Qualifications of theElectrical Service Technician:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in new construction/ residential electrical wor
  • Knowledge of residential electrical circuit and component troubleshootin
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Applications and iOS products
