EquipmentShare is searching for a Treasury Analyst for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our

dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and ability to

handle multiple competing priorities within Lease Administration, Treasury Operations and Asset

Management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Oversee the daily operations of all bank accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient

management of all account activities. This includes monitoring account balances,

reviewing transactions and maintaining accurate records.

● Review and confirm that all transactions comply with internal controls and approval

hierarchies. Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues related to approvals or

transaction processing.

● Conduct thorough analyses of fees associated with our bank accounts to ensure

accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Assess the impact of these fees on overall

financial performance and make recommendations.

● Conduct periodic audits of lease agreements and financial records to ensure accuracy

and compliance with lease terms within our accounting system. Address and rectify any

inconsistencies or errors identified during audits.

● Generate and maintain reports on lease status, financial performance and key metrics.

● Monitor the status of our assets to ensure all internal and external guidelines are being

followed.

● Assist with the lender equipment audit process, providing reports and other information

as requested.

● Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources, including databases, other

departments, external sources to provide insights and support decision making.

● Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and

automation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to manage multiple tasks

● Proficiency in financial systems and tools including Excel, Google, Microsoft Suite

and Alteryx.

● Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with strong written and verbal

communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

● At least 1-2 years of experience or education focused on data analysis.
