Overhead Door Company of Central Missouri, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is one of the world's most recognized leaders in Garage door solutions and we are currently seeking a motivated Residential Sales Representative to sell our well known, high quality products. If you are looking to be well compensated for your sales accomplishments this is the position for you!

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyze and diagnose each customer's Garage door problems
  • Design customized door solutions
  • Make in home sales presentations that include product samples and design software
  • Build solid, long lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
  • In addition to prospecting with remodel contractors and HOAs, you will be provided with a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.
  • You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in sales with potential career advancement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
