Job Summary:The Manager of Client Access (CA) provides direct oversight and support to various areas related to the success of the CA teams and Burrell Behavioral Health (BBH). This includes team oversight and staff development, timecard accuracy, coaching, training, evaluations, professional growth and development, process improvement, representation, audits, and onsite observations. The Manager works collaboratively with other departments and leaders to ensure innovative, cost-effective solutions are implemented to support the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee and support CA Supervisors and their respective teams• Collaborate with Supervisors to identify areas of opportunity in workflow, processes, and personnel• Provide coaching and training to Supervisors and CARs• Conduct yearly evaluations of direct reports and provide feedback• Set obtainable team and supervisor goals and expectations• Review the accuracy of CA Supervisors' timecards and time off requests• Collaborate with SAD of Client Access on new process development• Continuously review processes with all levels of Client Access management• Represent Revenue Cycle and CA in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner to support innovation• Represent BBH in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner to external vendors• Develop, implement, and manage reports and audits related to client overall experience and accuracy• Conduct onsite visits/observations biweekly or as needed• Ensure Supervisors are conducting weekly onsite visits or as needed• Provide documented feedback and communication with regards to staff development and coaching opportunities• Provide documented feedback and communication to SAD and/or Director with regards to process changes, new or expiring programs, staff development and coaching opportunities, and concerns with day-to-day workflows

Qualifications:• Preferred 2 years of experience in a leadership role• Strong organizational and leadership skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills• Familiarity with behavioral health industry and regulations• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
