Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Department: Substance Use Disorder Recovery Services

Location: Columbia, Missouri

*PLPC & LMSW - Burrell will provide you with a licensure supervisor and cover the costs.

*LPC & LCSW - Burrell may also have opportunities for you to provide clinical supervision to our provisionally licensed new hires, which would include a generous stipend per supervisee.

Join our team as a Licensed Therapist in our Substance Use Disorder Recovery Services program!

As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide individual counseling, group counseling, group education, and aftercare group counseling to aid clients in their recovery from substance use disorders. Our ideal candidate is passionate about addiction treatment, has experience in counseling and group facilitation, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling, group counseling, group education, and aftercare group counseling to aid clients' recovery from substance use disorders

  • Work with other team members as needed to meet client needs beyond individual and group counseling/education

  • Coordinate referrals to more intensive services if needed

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Human Services field

  • Must be a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW in the state of Missouri
