EquipmentShare is Hiring a Temporary Corporate Real Estate Lease Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Corporate Real Estate Lease Coordinator who will be responsible for keeping EquipmentShare lease agreements up to date, and communicating with multiple internal departments such as Legal, Real Estate, New Markets, Accounting and the Executive teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making sure that EquipmentShare is complying with all lease obligations for each contract

  • Be able to read and understand lease terms and summarize with internal departments

  • Responsible for trouble-shooting - will need to be able to research and ask questions to find answers

  • Conduct online research on properties as needed

  • Update and maintain lease agreements as needed throughout the life of lease

  • Work with vendors to help get lease property up and running efficiently

  • Assist with invoices for properties and work with Accounts Payable as needed

  • Interact with property owners as needed and be liaison as needed through the lease life

  • Must be organized and efficient with daily tasks and be able to juggle multiple projects at one time

Skills & Qualifications

  • Be knowledgeable in real estate lease contracts and/or commercial real estate

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Must have impeccable customer service skills

  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external vendors - must be able to initiate conversations as needed

  • Must be able to troubleshoot as needed - will need to be able to research and ask questions to find answers

  • Willing to build a network of internal sources to help answer questions and be an efficient contributor to team

  • Efficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and be comfortable with property management software systems is a plus

  • Must be open to learning new skill sets and working with a wide variety of departments and personalities

  • Prior Project Management experience is preferred but not required

    Education & Experience

  • Prior work experience in commercial real estate/leasing is highly desirable

  • At least 2+ years experience in a customer facing role required
