Who We're Looking For:
This is not a traditional school-based role. The enrollment manager is responsible for leading the enrollment team through the effective execution of a professional sales cycle—creating leads, prospecting, and ultimately converting those prospects by enrolling a diverse class of students in Prodeo Academy. The enrollment manager develops and drives student recruitment and retention strategies to increase Prodeo Academy's enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Student Recruitment and Enrollment:
Enhance Prodeo Academy's sales and enrollment strategy
Improve marketing strategies and tactics to attract prospective families and bring them through the enrollment pipeline
Grow relationships with key feeder organizations
Strengthen relationships with current families to empower them to become a strategic source of new enrollment
Collaborate to enhance the enrollment experience
Develop and implement a sales and enrollment playbook and training program to ensure the enrollment team executes a consistent, repeatable, world-class process
Ensure that Prodeo Academy exceeds its enrollment goals
Successfully Manage a Team of Full-time, Part-time, and Contracted Staff:
Lead and direct an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented team that is motivated by results, achievement, and outcomes
Ensure all enrollment team members align with organizational goals, messaging, and mission
Facilitate continuous professional development and training to foster high-performance
Set aggressive goals and establish key metrics to measure performance
Lead regular sales and enrollment meetings to coach, improve win rates, and support successful enrollments
Provide robust accountability mechanisms
Mentor and train staff in the most effective way to share Prodeo's value proposition and sign up new students
Build/Maintain Impeccable Systems and Data Analytics:
Meticulously track and analyze KPIs for recruitment, enrollment, and retention, ensuring high ROI
Coordinate with school-based operations to optimize enrollment systems and processes, ensuring clean data and ease of use for families and Prodeo staff members
Monitor and analyze attrition and retention rates, implementing strategies for improvement
Work with the Network Director of Data to lead the school's enrollment and CRM systems, software, and apps. Ensuring that systems run at peak performance, data is clean, and users are trained
Share critical data with the Director of Communication and Enrollment to tell the story and improve recruitment, enrollment, and retention
Ensure that all Prodeo employees understand the recruitment and enrollment process to foster a shared culture of ownership
What You Will Bring:

Experience in team management and training

Experience collecting and using data to drive strategic actions and processes

Proven sales and/or recruitment experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Five years of relevant experience in sales, project management, recruitment, admissions, or marketing
Knowledge and experience working with marginalized communities
A commitment to social justice
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
Autonomy and accountability in work
*Priority is given to individuals who have language skills in Spanish, Somali, Karen, Kayah, and/or Hmong
Compensation: The base salary starts at $60K, with additional compensation based on experience and goal achievement.
