A week in the life of aTelecommunications Analyst: Work in High Availability, Mission Critical, urgent responsive 24/7/365 IT environments. Install and configure Cisco Call Managers. Run network cabling from patch panel to network racks. Troubleshoot and resolve IP phone issues; configure Voice QOS and phone menu options. Support configuration changes in Cisco Catalyst Switches/routers such as VLAN tagging, port security, descriptions, and port access. Maintain and manage websites. Administerenterprise environment of Linux/Windows. Implement multiple Microsoft enterprise-wide technologies to streamline existing capabilities and enhance the organization's ability to gather, analyze, store, and maintain sensitivedata andmaterials. Implement/maintain the Group Policy within the network. Support Data Center consolidation efforts through virtualization and/or cloud solutions, on premise, off premise and hybrid.

If this position is performed from Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is$60,700-$101,400. Job Requirements

A minimumof5 years ofrecent and relevantexperience. Required: AMTAcertification. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology management or a related field preferred but not required. Domain expertise:VoIP,Web Services,Operating Systems,Data Center Support,Networking,Security. Technical skills: PBAX and VoIP communications (Avaya,Cisco),Avaya Virtual Platform, Apache Tomcat, IIS, Nginx, Windows 2012/2016 R2, AIX, RHEL 6.7 & 8, Ubuntu, Red Hat, MS Windows Server/Azure/SCCM, HP, Dell/EMC, IBM, F5, Red Hat Satellite, IBM Big Fix, Cisco, Palo-Alto, Mojo, McAfee DES, BitLocker, Nexpose, CrowdStrike, Bluecoat, SEPM, Avaya (Red) Aura Configuration Manager, E Other preferred certifications: CompTIASecurity+, MCP/MCSA. Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearance preferred but not required.
