Position Title: Systems Integration/Test Engineer Location: Colorado Springs, CO Par Rate: The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Summary: RTL Networks has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integration/Test Engineer providing expertise in support of the Combined Orbital Operations Logistics and Resiliency program. Primary Responsibilities: Essential responsibilities of the Systems Integration/Test Engineer include, but are not limited to: This position is part of the Systems Engineering Integration Testing team and requires comprehensive DSCS, Milstar, and AEHF system engineering (SE) and system integration support, subsystem analysis and evaluation, system security for mission execution. The team also provides a family of systems approach to the Strategic MILSATCOM enterprise with technical advisory support to external drivers including, but not limited to: Evolved Strategic Satellite Communication (SATCOM) (ESS), Enterprise Ground System (EGS), Standard Space Trainer (SST), Family of Advanced Beyond-Line-of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T), Distributed Mission Operations Center - Space (DMOC-S), Space Flag, Cybersecurity initiatives, Operational Resiliency initiatives, and Qualifications: Advanced degree and 7+ years' experience or bachelor's with 9+ years' experience or equivalent. Must meet DoD 8570 Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) criteria or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification at time of hire (Security+ CE). Strong working knowledge of Red Hat. Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems. COTS software deployment experience. Familiarity with Virtual environments. Familiarity with automation tools / scripting (e.g., GitLab, Ansible). Experience writing extensive shell scripts. Exceptional troubleshooting skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Interpersonal relationship skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications: PowerShell scripting experience highly desired. Strong understanding and application of cybersecurity practices (STIG compliance, system accreditation, etc.). Experience with Windows and Linux administration. Container development expertise. Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira/Confluence). Enthusiasm to learn new technologies. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time. Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location. NOTE: The applicant selected for this position must have and be able to maintain an Active Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.
