Description

a.i. solutions, Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated system engineer or operations research analyst with a passion for aerospace. This person will provide decision makers with integrated warfighter analysis and assessments for current space system capabilities and provide real-time assessments and metrics of critical Space Domain Awareness (SDA) operations. The qualified candidate will serve on an analysis team of operations research analysts and operational military subject matter experts. The individual will join an existing organization committed to exceeding the expectations of Customer, taking care of the Team, adding Company value, and Self growth.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Provide Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission area analysis and assessments for Space Command and Control (Space C2) and sensor systems Support the development of Operations Concepts and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) Collaborate with US Space Force mission Deltas to understand operational pain points, and articulate requirements to software developers to potentially provide solutions to improve efficiencies Provide subject matter expertise to solve technical operational issues Research and develop methods to improve SDA performance Provide analysis support for requirements development, Analysis of Alternatives, Analysis of Options, and Military Utility Analyses High motivation to provide decision-quality information and recommendations to senior leaders

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Relevant fields include engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field 7+ years of relevant experience in satellite and/or SDA operations, satellite operations, analysis, or development Familiarity with the space force generation (SPAFORGEN) model. Knowledge of and experience in SDA and Space C2 astrodynamics. Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain prior to start

Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in satellite and/or SDA operations, satellite operations, analysis, or development Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective technical writing ability Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Active TS Clearance

Salary Range: $145,000- $170,000 EEO/AA including Vets and Disabled
