Kratos is seeking a Systems Administrator 4 responsible for the security administration, patching, configuration, and security of classified government systems. The selected individual will report to the Systems Administrator Lead and perform all tasks assigned to them. Assist with the compliance of classified government contracts and systems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensures the audit repository is included in the weekly backup Performs antivirus/software update and patch management per ISSM/O direction Ensures network/workstation is connected to an NTP server/time is verified weekly Ensures all remote maintenance connections are approved prior to establishing the connection Monitors the remote maintenance connection to ensure only required actions are taken Ensures all remote maintenance connections are terminated at the end the session Sanitizes any equipment, per ISSM/O direction, prior to release for DRMO Monitors and controls non-local maintenance and diagnostic activities Notifies ISSM/O of planned/out-of-cycle operational configuration changes to system RESPONSIBILITIES & ABILITIES: Work closely with other teams such as devops, secops, transport, etc Must be a self-starter, able to work productively independently, as well as, work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary engineering team. Technical proficiency including systems experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and issue management in a multi-platform environmen Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills. Maintain sensitive and classified information as required by company and government requirements. Communicate and interact effectively with peers, managers, senior leadership and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.

Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing, and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment, and changes, and more Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
