ASRC Federal Holding Company Software Development Lead (TS/SCI) in Colorado Springs, Colorado

ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced professional with a TS/SCI clearance in anticipation of upcoming work in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing development projects and implementing SAFe Agile development methodologies across multiple scrum teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality and efficiency of all work performed to ensure that all development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.

  • Manage team performance through coaching, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other teams, including cybersecurity and operations, to ensure that all efforts are coordinated and aligned with program goals and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

This position is offering a pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Requirements :

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to gain SAP access.

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT Projects with scope and complexity, with at least 6 years in project management.

  • 5+ years of experience managing development teams using Agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Attention to detail to ensure that all software development efforts are well-defined and meet program requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • DOD 8140.03 for work role as Intermediate Software Developer.

  • Experience with Government Software factories, development activities, and/or commercial software development factories.

  • Experience with the United States Space Force (USSF) or United States Air Force (USAF).
