The Space Systems Command (SSC) Technical Support (STS) 3rd Follow-on (STS-3) contract provides acquisition, technical and engineering support to the USSF Space Systems Command (SSC) Battle Management Command, Control & Communications Sustainment (BCS).

BCS acquires services to modernize and sustain the Satellite Control Network (SCN). We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist with experience in networking, software, and cybersecurity to join the BCS STS-3 contract supporting the SCN government team.

Duties include:

• Providing systems engineering and integration technical support for satellite communications network systems including Telemetry, Tracking & Control (TT&C), scheduling, communications, and associated systems.

• Perform engineering of system architectures, requirements analysis and decomposition, including system performance test and verification.

• Analyze user needs and requirements to plan architecture.

• Review and assess contractor designs and conduct trade studies on alternative system design approaches.

• Support development of and review all levels of planning guidance in support of cyber operations.

• Support planning in system of systems engineering, integrating networks, databases, and software.
