You are Skillfull at organizing and executing analytic studies with a team of analysts, confident in your technical capabilities, willing to continue learning new technologies as mission needs morph, and desire to live in Colorado Springs, CO to work side-by-side with our teammates and customers on a small-agile team. You will Conduct in-depth data analysis on collected test points for various test programs. Provide test engineering, analysis, and modeling and simulation (M&S) support to test teams. Develop and implement analytical models to optimize test processes and identify areas for improvement. Interpret and communicate complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to define test requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Stay current on the latest advancements in operations research methodologies and best practices. You have Experience advising and collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate data and optimize usage. The ability to integrate and analyze data, report, and generate recommendation related to operational metrics. Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or other technical degree requiring competence in college-level mathematics or statistics to include calculus. US Citizenship Has a TS/SCI Clearance The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience. Experience working with the DoD or conducting combat modeling simulation and analyst is a plus.
