Front Range Staffing Restoration Warehouse And Accounts Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Front Range Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse and Accounts Manager with a background in Restoration, Abatement, or Environmental Services to join our team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations and handling accounts-related responsibilities.
$20 to $24 per hour, plus bonus and commission (depending on experience). Salary expectation averages between $47K to $65K.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the restoration or abatement industry. Manage day-to-day operations of the restoration warehouse, including inventory management, work orders, deliveries, and organization. Prior experience in retail, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols within the warehouse environment. Handle collections and work closely with insurance companies to process claims. Conduct testing and environmental assessments as needed. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted. Possess a valid Colorado Driver's License and be insurable to drive both company and personal vehicles.
