Autism Behavior Support Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Will provide direct one-on-one behavioral intervention to teach communication, social, and daily living skills in the home, community, and clinic settings. Registered Behavior technicians will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and will work under the supervision of a Board-certified Behavior Analyst

Here are some duties you can expect in the RBT role:

Collecting data about students' behaviors through direct observation.

Assisting BCBAs as directed with behavior reduction assessments and skill acquisition plans.

Teaching students the specific behavior skills called for in treatment plans.

Nurturing students' social skills.

Communicating behavioral intervention results in students' parents and caregivers

The Company offers:

  • guarantee 40 hours a week

  • job growth (we offer team lead, senior team lead, and internship positions)

  • pay ranges from $19 to $22 an hour BOE and education

  • sign-on bonus of a total of $500 for full-time only ($250 after 45 days [240hours] & $250 after 90 days[480 hours])

  • pay raise available after 90 day job performance review

  • 401K along with 401K match, Medical, Dental, and Vision plans available ( after 90 days)

  • PTO for all Full-time employees ( after 90 days)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
