Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager SME supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as it rapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuit of warfighter needs and acquisition excellence. As Program Acquisition Support (PAS) you will be responsible for Information Management to include but not limited to developing, facilitating, updating and/or coordinating 3-letter and 4-letter level briefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, and special projects This is a full-time opportunity located in Colorado Springs, CO. Contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to: Respond to various tasks to include but not limited to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, and other mandatory reporting directed by Congress, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Air Force, Headquarters Air Force, Headquarters Space Force, Space Systems Command, and local entities Review program documents for consistency with applicable military, federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards and report findings to the Government Provide substantive analysis of pertinent topics to support requirements for situational awareness and in-depth understanding of specific 3-letter and 4-letter issues Maintain continuity of key acquisition documents supporting policy, program milestones, and strategy decisions. The Contractor shall ensure the PEO and 3-letter, and 4-letters are equipped with and understand the necessary background information to support participation in ceremonies and formal public appearances. The Contractor shall prepare note cards and staff papers for Government Research, draft, and edit articles, speeches, and testimony on the Directorate organization, missions, operations, and initiatives with government review prior to events and provide additional research, as required. Review, coordinate, and process program information suitable for public release to industry, media, trade publications, international partners, and other program stakeholders. Coordination for PEO organizations visits.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to maintain it. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher Years' experience: At least 10 years of experience in related field Preferred Qualifications: Education and Years' of experience: Master's degree or higher and at least 12 years of demonstrated experience in a related field.
