Description

Robert Half has teamed up with a growing company who are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role involves overseeing all financial, accounting and administrative tasks. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be the main point of contact for all financial inquiries and will also be tasked with Full bank reconciliations, AP and AR tasks. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries and bank reconciliation

• Conduct a thorough review of financial statements and provide recommendations for improvements

• Handle the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow analysis

• Utilize Sage Intacct and other accounting software systems to process financial transactions

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting

• Control the company's income and expenses to ensure the efficient use of resources

• Manage the processing of payroll taxes and work in progress calculations

• Use Microsoft Excel for variety of functions including financial reporting and data analysis

• Manage the company's financial tasks in a timely manner

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with the Annual Budget process

• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis

• Strong experience with Sage Intacct software

• Proven experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and their application

• Experience with WIP - Work In Progress management

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
