Job Title: Executive Office Receptionist

Job Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr.

As a member of the Executive Office team, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Office Manager and assists with the administrative tasks of the Executive Office.

What you will be doing:

Answers the telephone, respond to email, sort mail, and route any messages accordingly. Compose and type donation letters, memos, weekly Department Head Meeting minutes, gift certificates, guest comment percentage reports, birthday cards, etc. as directed. Updates calendars and appointments as requested. Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies, as needed. Performs clerical duties such as creating and/or printing fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, filing, photocopying, sending faxes or collating. Provides support to Executive Committee members, as needed. Assists with VIP Guest planning, as directed. Covers for Executive Office Manager by handling all related duties during absences, i.e., vacation, etc. as directed. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent required. One to two years related administrative experience and/or training. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others Strong interpersonal communication skills
