ASRC Federal Holding Company Construction Project Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is looking for a cleared Construction Project Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities include serving as a project manager for CD/CTOC infrastructure projects for USNORTHCOM, managing up to fifteen small-scale construction packages annually, and coordinating with various agencies and embassies. The role involves conducting site surveys, monitoring projects, and providing crucial feedback on progress and solutions. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

  • Serve as project manager for all CD/CTOC infrastructure projects on behalf of USNORTHCOM

  • Conduct initial site surveys, manage, and provide assistance to all other processes and tasks required to prepare up to fifteen (15) small scale construction packages annually

  • Coordinate and assist with development of plans and specifications, scope of work, related budget and related in-country permitting to also include coordination between host nation agencies, the U.S. Air Force Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), USNORTHCOM Directorates, and the U.S. Embassies in Mexico City, MX, and in Nassau, The Bahamas as applicable

  • Assist to develop future projects in the USNORTHCOM AOR

  • Conduct regular visits to remote construction sites to assist in the monitoring of projects contracted and managed by AMIC

  • Provide feedback to AMIC Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, COR, as well as USNORTHCOM Directorates and U.S. Embassy Country Teams on infrastructure project progress, problems, and concerns, and suggest solutions to solve issues relating to the project, and to assist in monitoring contractor construction for adherence to their contract’s specifications

  • Liaison with the contractor, host nation agencies, USNORTHCOM CTCO, AMIC and the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, MX and Nassau, The Bahamas

  • Prepare concept of operations (CONOPS), briefing slides, draft congressional notification documents, and any other required documents for submission to the appropriate approval authority for infrastructure projects

Requirements :

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • This is an onsite construction project manager position located in Colorado Springs, CO

  • Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance required

  • Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related engineering discipline from an accredited university

  • 5+ years of related work experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience with Project Management

  • 2+ year experience in Construction Management

  • Strong knowledge of Government contracting, construction, and processes.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification desired
