Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an Indirect Sourcing Manager / Senior Buyer, you will join a team of 7 people, base in multiple locations within EMEA region. Your responsibility will be to provide support to stakeholders across EMEA and overseeing sourcing initiatives primarily in Facility Management, Fleet, HR, and Real Estate support categories.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Tasks as an Indirect Manager / Sourcing Buyer

• Act as an internal consultant

• Manage needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders in multiple roles across the organization.

• Identify reliable sources of supply with primary regard for ability to meet specifications requirements, delivery needs and price competitiveness.

• Understand and drive purchasing measures including productivity, payment terms targets, etc.

• Negotiate with vendors for best total cost.

• Share accountability for Indirect sourcing cost and productivity for all segments

• Utilize Sourcing tools to drive cost savings.

• Prioritize timelines and needs of multiple projects at the same time.

• Drive timelines to completion on committed project dates

• Work effectively with Newell Brands stakeholders in all regions and sites globally to meet business KPIs.

• Develop relationships and work with suppliers in all regions globally.

• Emulate and drive Newell Brands procurement culture and vision for integrity, attitude, leadership, teamwork and results.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

• 2+ years of applicable experience including Sourcing and Supply Chain

• Fluent in English - additional language is a plus.

• Experience of working in a pan European organization / Multicultural background

• Some Travel required.

Your advantage:

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical and project leadership skills

• Sourcing knowledge of Consulting, Fleet, HR Services, or Professional Services is a plus
