DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Setup and operate equipment used in making precision metal tubing.

This is for 2nd shift (4pm-midnight Monday-Friday). First shift is by seniority only.

This is for 3rd shift (midnight to 8am Monday-Friday).  First shift is by seniority only. 

Must have a commitment to safety and quality.

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES: 1. Sets-up, operates, adjusts equipment, and lays out material in accordance with instructions to meet health & safety, quality, and production standards. 2. Measure and visually inspect product, apply in-process quality control methods and statistical process control (SPC) during product processing to ensure that it meets specified requirements. 3. Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) such as cleaning tooling, guides and other parts contacting the product, inspect accessible parts for wear, check and maintain the proper level of fluids and other media, and otherwise ensure work centers are in good operational order. 4. Change tooling, fluids and media on equipment operated. 5. Handle and transport material and supplies manually as required to maintain product flow.
