The Hertz Corporation Lot Coordinator in College Park, Georgia

As a Lot Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of assignments, including:

  • Maintain rental vehicle lot organization

  • Correct vehicle assignment to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pick-up

  • Process customer service for vehicle pickups and returns

  • Drive and park vehicles as needed

  • Maintain pre-wash area supplies

  • Ensure interior of vehicle is clean (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, etc.)

  • Marking cars with “hats” indicating appropriate fleet status

  • Searching for vehicles that are needed to be located

  • Moving vehicles on the lot to keep organized

  • Marking vehicles to assist the maintenance team

  • Perform related tasks as directed by Managers

  • Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Educational Background:

High School diploma or equivalent education preferred

Professional Experience:

Customer Service experience preferred

Skills:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record

  • Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles

  • Effective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers and management

  • Computer literate

  • Detail oriented

  • Must be at least 20 years of age

  • Flexibility in scheduling which may include night's weekends and holidays. Shift schedules are assigned according to operational needs so interested candidates must be able to work any assigned shift.

Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed their probationary period and have excellent attendance and job performance.
