Our drivers are critical team members who are home every night after the concrete is delivered to construction sites. Responsible for: * Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites. * Follow DOT requirements. * Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. * Follow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be delivered. * Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issues. * Provide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sites. * Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage. * Maintain clean interior and exterior truck. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. What we are looking for: * Willingness to learn. * Time management and organized * Attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. * Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL) * Previous Ready Mix Experience * Ability to operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck. * Communication skills. * Comfortable with learning or using GPS. Physical Requirements: * Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds. * Climb ladders and stairs. * Work in various weather conditions.
