  • Compensation: \$70,000 - \$75,000/annually

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

  • Basic Requirements:

    • Valid driver\'s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
    • 1 3 years of general technical experience required
    • 3+ years of refrigeration / HVAC experience preferred

Our focus is to build a team that can bring refreshing new ideas and insights to the table and that begins with our diverse workforce. **Job Description** The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all services on vending, fountain and carton-cooler equipment within an assigned territory and for managing a staff of Cooler Service Technicians between our Colchester, VT, Rutland, VT, and Malone, NY locations. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

  • Supervise team of direct reports; ensure team is adequately staffed, managed, trained and evaluated
  • Foster a fun results driven work environment that achieves its results in a safe, professional and compliant manner
  • Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs
  • Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicles are stocked appropriately
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships; work to resolve customer issues
  • Track and report progress to drive strategic initiatives and ensure goals are met
  • Make recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall productivity, quality and safety of cooler service operations
**Job Requirements**

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
  • 1 3 years of general technical experience required
  • 3+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred
  • Proven leadership ability and personnel management skills
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications
  • Must have the ability to maneuver equipment in order to perform mechanical services
  • Valid driver\'s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
