RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and repair plant equipment and systems within generation standards, manufacturers guidelines, and complies with Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company rules.

  • Has the ability to provide leadership and work direction to various crews, crafts and contractors when applicable.

  • Perform related administrative duties (i.e.: inventory, time keeping, work order system).

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Successful completion of a four year state accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance or Millwright.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position will report regularly in person to Cohasset, MN

  • Must possess Welding speciality (Experience) OR Must be able to obtain this speciality with certification within two years of hire.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain working relationships

  • This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
