RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and repair plant equipment and systems within generation standards, manufacturers guidelines, and complies with Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company rules.
Has the ability to provide leadership and work direction to various crews, crafts and contractors when applicable.
Perform related administrative duties (i.e.: inventory, time keeping, work order system).
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Successful completion of a four year state accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance or Millwright.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will report regularly in person to Cohasset, MN
Must possess Welding speciality (Experience) OR Must be able to obtain this speciality with certification within two years of hire.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain working relationships
This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
