Minimum Qualifications\ Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Required License and/or Certifications:\ Must possess a valid drivers license

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\ Ability to read architectural and structural drawings\ Proficient skills in project coordination and oversight\ Ability to work independently and as part of team\ Ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools, as well as heavy equipment\ Good communication skills, both written and verbal\ Ability to prioritize requests for service\ Proficient skills in operating office equipment and a computer, including Microsoft Office, Work Order, and Bluebeam Revue Software.\ Ability to effectively present and speak one-on-one and in small group situations\ Ability to read, write and speak in English
