Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to manage various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves general office administration, human resources support, payroll processing, and finance administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and answer phone calls
Manage office correspondence and filing systems
Schedule meetings and appointments
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Manage the purchase of supplies and equipment
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and personnel files
Coordinate employee benefits administration
Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues
Assist with performance management and employee relations activities
Process payroll accurately and timely
Maintain payroll records and reports
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
Calculate and process employee deductions and benefits
Manage the accounts receivable ledger ensuring timely collection
Assist with accounts payable, liaising with HQ
Prepare and process sales invoices
Essential Skills
Proven administrative experience
Strong administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in office administration, data entry, and clerical tasks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in human resources, invoicing, accounts receivable/accounts payable
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Work Environment
This position operates in an on-site setting from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The office environment is professional, and the role requires regular use of office equipment including computers and phones.
