REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 02/02/2024-12/01/2024. Must agree to work Mon & Tues 9 hours per day, Wednesday-Saturday 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, and driver requirements.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as hay, wheat, soybeans, corn, silage; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Haul and spread inputs, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools.
