Job Requirements
协助工厂经理制定或下达生产计划任务、管理员工，负责保证各个班组明确自己的任务和完成任务的时间 ； 根据公司生产计划，组织制定本车间的生产作业计划 。
落实生产工艺：组织落实、监督调控生产过程中各项工艺、质量、设备、成本及产量指标 。
协调内部沟通并解决问题：随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题 。
统计生产成本：统计分析生产情况，提出改善措施，管控生产成本 。
考评员工绩效：对员工进行 绩效考评，及时了解员工心理动向，关心关怀员工 。
负责安全生产：负责生产现场安全管理，消除安全隐患，杜绝工伤及安全事故，定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。
按要求实施奖罚制度：按时考核员工的 5 S 执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实 。
主持车间例会：负责组织班前会，协调人员调整，安排，配合人力资源做好员工考勤及绩效 。
落实质量控制：根据生产工艺要求，严格落实质量控制，监督检查 生产过程中的自检及互检，防止不合格品流入下一道工序。
