Requisition Summary As an application development manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of IT solutions that support our business partners and customers. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and processes, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. You will also supervise and mentor a large team of IT professionals. You will be expected to keep up with the latest technologies, solutions, and best practices in the IT industry, and align your work with the global IT strategy and vision. Job Functions / Responsibilities Supervise, develop, and mentor a large team in business liaison skills, vendor engagements, requirement definition, recommendation/proposal development, as well as project management. Lead the Agile/Scrum practice (sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, daily sprint meetings). Develop an understanding of the business drivers, processes, and priorities. Manage the project pipeline and prioritization process. Collaborate on resource allocation efforts. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 8 - 10 years of technical work experience Minimum of 5 years related work experience to include staff management, large scope project management, industry experience.
