Requisition Summary This position is located at PACCAR's global headquarters in downtown Bellevue, Washington, and provides an exciting opportunity to support the strategic direction of PACCAR by providing PACCAR Executives and Division Credit Teams with timely, relevant, and insightful reporting necessary to effectively manage risk in PACCAR's multi-billion dollar global portfolio of financial products. Success in this role will hinge on your curiosity, ability to work well in ambiguity, attention to detail, passion for learning, and adept communication skills. Job Functions and Responsibilities Provide PACCAR Executives with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that highlight and explain changes in risk and financial performance of PACCAR's global dealer network. Analyze credit and financial data to identify variances, anomalies, and trends in key performance metrics. Devising and implement financial reporting solutions to meet evolving business needs. Develop and implement process improvements and Business Intelligence solutions that increase the speed, accuracy, and relevance of the credit department's work. Develop, refine, and maintain executive-level Tableau reporting dashboards that effectively communicate key performance and risk indicators. Drive adoption of new reporting formats (e.g. Tableau dashboards) by promoting dashboard use, educating users, and continuously integrating new functionality to meet user requirements. Conduct and document comprehensive analyses supporting in-depth review of market behavior. Identify opportunities for improvement through interaction with credit personnel and senior credit managers across PACCAR's global divisions. Conduct and present accurate, timely and meaningful ad-hoc analyses, supporting management's strategic and tactical decision-making needs. Collaborate with entire Portfolio Risk and Analysis Team to introduce new approaches and perspectives across all team functions. Support the efficient operation of the Worldwide Credit organization with other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Required Skills: Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience. High level of attention to detail, to ensure accuracy of critical company reports. Passion for learning and curiosity. Experience with relational databases, and SQL. Experience with MS Access. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, critical reasoning and problem solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively. Ability to concisely communicate complex topics. Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent general business acumen. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Financial Statement / Balance Sheet Analysis. Experience with statistical techniques and modelling.
