Requisition Summary The Events and Branding Specialist is an exciting and unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to growing the PACCAR Leasing brand while acquiring professional experience. The role is responsible for managing PACCAR Leasing's digital marketing/social media efforts and developing new initiatives across various online marketing channels. Additionally, the role has responsibility for coordinating the event logistics of PACCAR Leasing tradeshows, events, and meetings. Job Functions / Responsibilities Grow the social media brand awareness of PACCAR Leasing and PacLease franchises in North America through ongoing content creation, posting and promotion via LinkedIn, FaceBook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Manage the creation, launch, and optimization of ongoing and new digital marketing campaigns via various marketing channels including email marketing, social media sites, pay per click and display advertising. Provide periodic campaign updates and reporting to related parties. Coordinate the event logistics of PACCAR Leasing tradeshows, events and training sessions including hotel and venue contract negotiations and approvals. Maintain and adhere to allotted event budgets. Work with the leadership team to develop and manage the agenda for corporate meetings and events. Initiate, coordinate and participate in all efforts to publicize PacLease events. Attended planned events as needed to ensure event planning execution. Additional duties as assigned. Able to travel 10-15% Qualifications & Skills 2+ years event planning experience including contract negotiations with hotels and venues for groups of 50 or more. Experience managing digital marketing and/or social media campaigns across various online marketing channels. Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and working with CRM systems desired, not required. Must have a valid passport and be able to travel without restrictions. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full
